By accessing or using SEOAgencyList (the "Site"), including browsing agency listings, submitting a review, creating an account, or contacting an agency through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, agencies with listings, and anyone else who accesses the Site, regardless of location.

SEOAgencyList is an independent directory and review platform that helps people research, compare, and shortlist SEO agencies based on publicly available information, submitted profiles, and user reviews.

We do not employ, contract, supervise, or take commission from the agencies listed unless a listing is explicitly marked as "Sponsored" or "Partner." Rankings and ratings reflect our methodology and community input at the time of publishing, and can change as new information comes in.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of an agency's performance, a business recommendation, or legal, financial, or marketing advice. Always do your own due diligence before hiring any agency.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a review on the Site. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We can suspend or close accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used to manipulate listings or reviews.

Agencies may be listed after submitting their own profile, or added by our editorial team from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to verify key details (company registration, contact information, portfolio claims) but cannot guarantee that every data point is current or fully accurate at all times.

Rankings are generated using a combination of factors that may include, without limitation: verified client outcomes, review volume and quality, longevity, transparency of pricing, and editorial assessment. Sponsored placements are always labeled as such and do not affect organic ranking scores.

Agencies can request corrections, updates, or removal of their listing by contacting us; we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

When you submit a review, comment, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of it, but you grant SEOAgencyList a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Site and in related promotional material.

You confirm that any review you post reflects a genuine, first-hand experience, is not paid for or coordinated by the agency being reviewed (or a competitor), and doesn't contain anything defamatory, harassing, or knowingly false.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit for formatting, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, without obligation to notify you in advance.

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• Post fake, incentivized, or coordinated reviews (positive or negative)
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, ratings, or search results through automated means
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Site data without prior written permission
• Impersonate any person, agency, or entity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use the Site to harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing

Violating any of the above may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

The Site's design, layout, original written content, ranking methodology, and branding are the property of SEOAgencyList and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Agency logos, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent, aside from normal personal, non-commercial browsing and sharing (e.g. linking to a listing).

The Site may contain links to agency websites, sponsored content, or third-party advertising. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party site you access from SEOAgencyList.

Sponsored listings and ads are clearly labeled. Their presence doesn't imply our endorsement of the advertiser's services beyond what's stated in the listing itself.

The Site, its listings, rankings, and reviews are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We make no guarantee that any agency listed will meet your specific needs, budget, or expectations. Hiring decisions based on information found on the Site are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOAgencyList and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or disputes with an agency you found through a listing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEOAgencyList, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, listed agencies, or the Site itself.

You're free to stop using the Site or delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the Site's features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
